Smidnya Technologies is seeking a Purchase & Store Executive to manage procurement inventory and vendor relationships for our online store and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth supply chain process maintain stock accuracy and drive cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Management
Identify and evaluate vendors for quality pricing and reliability.
Request quotes prepare purchase orders (POs) and track supplier deliveries.
Ensure timely procurement of materials for both online and projectbased requirements.
2. Inventory & Store Management
Maintain accurate inventory records including stockinhand incoming shipments and order dispatch.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Ensure proper storage of materials following safety and compliance guidelines.
3. Vendor & Supplier Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Negotiate favorable contracts terms and prices.
Resolve vendor disputes and manage supplier performance reviews.
4. Online Store Management Support
Collaborate with the ecommerce team for product listing updates and stock availability.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely order dispatch and shipping.
Handle customer queries related to product availability and delivery status.
5. Cost & Budget Control
Monitor and control purchase costs by exploring costeffective sourcing strategies.
Analyze and manage procurement budgets for online and projectrelated purchases.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Generate detailed purchase and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP Zoho Inventory and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation communication and vendor management skills.
- Strong attention to detail problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Knowledge of industrial products and components.
