This is a remote position.
Role Overview: Reporting directly to the CFO the Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering analysing and
presenting data to support strategic initiatives and enable informed decisionmaking across the organisation.
This role is critical in ensuring that our data analysis processes are consistent regular and timely allowing us to
identify trends and avoid costly errors.
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Utilise PowerBI and Excel to gather analyse and visualize data effectively.
o Generate reports and dashboards that present data in easily understandable formats for non
2. Data Collection Systems:
o Develop and implement data analysis and collection systems that optimise statistical efficiency
o Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
o Familiarity with IPaaS for efficient extraction of data
3. Collaboration and Insights:
o Collaborate with business unit heads to provide actionable insights that facilitate informed
o Interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that impact Alliance SIs strategic
o Assist in forecasting future trends and performance using statistical methods and predictive
modelling to guide the leadership team in proactive decisionmaking.
4. Information Management:
o Collect organise analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information to relevant
o Support the generation of comprehensive reports and documentation that communicate
complex technical information succinctly
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Monitor and refine data analysis processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
o Provide recommendations for the design and development of PowerBI reports and visualisations
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics Economics Computer Science Information Management Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience in data modelling reporting database design development and data mining techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse large datasets effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Strong problem resolution negotiation and influencing skills.
- Attention to detail and a selfmotivated approach to work
- Experience with visualisation tools particularly PowerBI.
