Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to build something extraordinary Were seeking a Founding Clinical Director to launch a new ABA therapy practice dedicated to providing the highest quality care. This is a groundfloor opportunity to shape the clinical vision and culture of a practice from its inception.

Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement evidencebased clinical protocols and procedures for the practice. Oversee the assessment treatment planning and ongoing supervision of all clients.
Team Building: Recruit hire train and supervise a team of qualified and compassionate ABA therapists. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Parent and Community Collaboration: Build strong relationships with families providing ongoing communication education and support. Collaborate with schools and other community partners to ensure the continuity of care.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all relevant ethical and legal standards. Develop and implement quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of clinical care.
Business Development: Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by participating in marketing and outreach efforts. Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
Education: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Clinical Expertise: The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of ABA principles and best practices proven experience in conducting assessments developing treatment plans and delivering direct therapy services and a minimum of 5 years of experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism.
Clinical Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership position such as a Clinical Director or Clinical Supervisor overseeing other BCBAs.
Location: This is a flexible position with the option for remote work; however it will require occasional travel to the Philadelphia area. Strong preference will be given to candidates residing in Philadelphia and surrounding areas including nearby regions of Pennsylvania Delaware and New Jersey.
Competitive Salary and Benefits Package: This is a Founding Clinical Director position so the compensation will include a combination of equity and salary.
