Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to grow in a thriving industry Join our client a leader in renewable energy as a Renewables Technician at one of two solar farms located within 30 minutes of each other. What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Start at $26/hr for entrylevel experience with potential to earn $40/hr as a lead technician. Pay is determined by your technical skills and motivation demonstrated during the interview process.
- Training & Development: Learn from senior technicians through onthejob training (OJT) and thirdparty training classes.
- WorkLife Balance: MondayFriday schedule with minimal oncall duty (once a month for a week with an additional $2/hr during oncall shifts).

Your Role:
As a Renewables Technician you ll work in pairs to maintain and support the operation of solar panels at our client s facilities. You ll develop handson expertise and become a versatile technician in this rapidly expanding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of solar panels to ensure optimal performance.
- Reactive Maintenance: Address and resolve issues caused by weather or other impacts on equipment.
- Team Support: Collaborate with senior technicians and team members to maintain smooth operations.
What We re Looking For:
- Technical Background: Previous technical experience is required. Renewable energy experience is preferred but we welcome candidates with transferable skills from other industries.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow within the role.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a small team environment. The current team includes 10 technicians supported by a staff of 15.
