About Company: Our client is a renowned financial technology startup that offers bridge finance to individuals and businesses to meet their financial needs.
The Company is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement its digital marketing strategy and spearhead the digital marketing efforts across multiple channels with a strong focus on driving new business growth through paid media email marketing social media data analysis and website optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns be highly analytical and thrive in a fastpaced environment. This role will be instrumental in increasing brand visibility lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation.
Develop and manage highperforming PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads LinkedIn Facebook etc.) to generate leads and conversions.
Optimise campaigns through keyword research audience targeting and bid management to maximise ROI.
Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Lead the design and execution of email marketing campaigns focusing on lead nurturing and customer acquisition.
Use A/B testing to optimise email performance ensuring targeted messaging and engagement.
Oversee and grow social media presence aligning with business objectives.
Manage social media advertising campaigns using data insights to optimise performance.
Track performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics HubSpot) and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Implement tracking solutions for accurate performance marketing efforts.
Ensure the companys website is optimised for SEO and usability working with internal teams and thirdparty agencies.
Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Lead and enhance the firms social media presence.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns assessing results against ROI and KPI goals.
Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance.
Analyse the endtoend customer experience across channels and touchpoints to identify improvement opportunities.
Be the custodian of the company website ensuring delivery of challenging content approach and results.
Help to develop a strong lead capture conversion and reporting process for digital leads.
35 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC email marketing social media).
Expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and web analytics tools.
Proficient in SEO CRO and website management (e.g. WordPress).
Datadriven with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for all things digital.
Required Competence:
B2B & B2C marketing experience.
Familiarity with lead generation strategies in fintech sector.
Experience with A/B testing and personalisation techniques.
Compensation: N300k to N400k monthly net Commission and other interesting benefits.
