Job Description

As an Audit and Compliance Manager you will:

  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects and support the Commercial Director throughout the contract life cycle.

  • Act as the primary commercial/contract contact between the organization and its clients or suppliers.

  • Lead or independently execute commercial management responsibilities ensuring the Commercial Director or Programme Director is kept informed.

  • Administer commercial management functions for highprofile contracts efficiently and effectively.

  • Prepare and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs Teaming Agreements subcontracts and amendments to existing contracts.

  • Generate commercial responses and documentation including Change Control documentation.

  • Conduct comprehensive commercial and contractual reviews and attend meetings to respond to contractual actions as required.

  • Interpret contractual requirements such as terms conditions and scope of work for the broader project team.

  • Identify risks liabilities and disputes while developing mitigation plans.

  • Maintain key contractual records status reports and critical documentation by company procedures.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 68 years of experience in commercial and contract management within highprofile projects.

  • Strong knowledge of government ICT/outsource contracts.

  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.

  • Expertise in identifying commercial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in commercial proposals preparation and negotiation.

  • Relevant degree with professional qualifications such as CIPS (desirable).

  • Excellent communication decisionmaking and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organization commercial awareness and customeroriented mindset.

  • Proactive entrepreneurial and resultsdriven approach.

  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities while delivering effectively.

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships protecting the commercial integrity of contracts.

  • Must hold SClevel security clearance.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

  • Lead and carry out commercial management responsibilities independently.

  • Efficiently administer contracts and generate critical documentation.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of contractual documents and ensure compliance.

  • Negotiate complex agreements and amendments with confidence.

  • Identify risks liabilities and disputes while providing actionable mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

  • Travel within the UK for 23 days per week as required.
