Job Description
Position Overview:
As an outpatient Physical Therapist you ll help patients restore function relieve pain and prevent disability. Responsibilities include developing and administering individualized care plans performing assessments (e.g. range of motion strength and gait analysis) and delivering therapy for musculoskeletal neuromuscular and other systems. You ll collaborate with healthcare providers educate patients on exercises and assistive devices and maintain compliant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or recent DPT graduate.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
