Sales Executive Waterpark
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the waterparks packages events and group bookings to individuals schools corporates and travel agents. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to visit.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle inquiries provide quotes and ensure followups to close deals effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for client concerns ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials campaigns and digital content that supports sales objectives.
- Represent the waterpark at trade shows community events and industry networking opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports detailing progress challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in sales preferably in hospitality tourism or entertainment industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local market trends and client behavior is a plus.
