We are seeking a skilled and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team and support the seamless operations of our renowned venue. As a Purchasing Officer you will be responsible for overseeing purchase orders and receiving deliveries for food beverage and general goods required for our operations. Your role will include building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers negotiating contracts monitoring inventory levels and ensuring costeffective purchasing while upholding quality standards.
In this pivotal role you will work closely with multiple departments providing support to ensure smooth daytoday operations and contributing to the overall success of the hotel. Your attention to detail and ability to manage priorities will make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications :
Thrive in the Heart of The William Inglis Hotel MGallery with
- Previous experience as a purchasing officer preferably in hotels or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing/inventory software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
