Job Description
Job Title: Contracts Analyst
Job Summary:
LatamCent.com is looking for a Contracts Analyst / Legal Consultant to manage and oversee contracts and legal documents for our staffing and recruiting operations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regional and international laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate various contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise on legal issues related to contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract law particularly within Latin America and the U.S.
- Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
- 1224 hour turnaround though you can choose your hours its important to maintain speed and efficiency
Whats in it for you:
- Hourly rate: $10$15 based on experience.
- Flexible hours ranging from 2040 hours per month.
