Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Interim Deputy Mechanical & Electrical Manager on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 308.00 417.71 per Day
Responsibilities:
- Provide support across key service areas including Electrical Lighting Lifts Mechanical Legionella Domestic Gas and Communal Gas services.
- Manage and oversee performance of contractors ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of 20 staff fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Attend and contribute to relevant meetings such as Programme Board and Contractor Core Group meetings.
- Oversee the management of multimillionpound contracts across both repairs and capital programmes.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering and/or electrical services.
- Membership in a professional institute such as CIBSE CIOB or RICS.
- Extensive experience managing contracts and delivering largescale programmes in social housing or a related environment.
