Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Duties
- Handle a broad range of immigration cases.
- Offer strategic legal advice to clients ensuring compliance with current immigration laws and policies.
- Prepare and submit detailed legal documents and applications to relevant authorities.
- Represent clients in tribunals and hearings as necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration legislation and policy.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- The prospective candidate is expected to have a minimum Immigration Accreditation with the Law Society of E&W or OISC Level 3 is desirable
- Prospective candidates must have the experience to work on a Legal Aidfunded immigration caseload under minimal supervision; no training should be required.
- Demonstrable experience in immigration law with a successful track record in managing various cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple cases effectively.
