Job Description:
Proven working experience as a Project Manager Scrum Master
Experience in Agile project management teams
Experience in Planning and facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
Ability to manage end to end project life cycle and possess complete ownership of the project
Project planning scope management production release management and other project management skills
Experience in strategic planning risk management andor change management
Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to Rally JIRA MS Excel etc
Exceptional leadership time management and organizational skills
Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
Excellent problemsolving analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to handle highpressure situations and deadlines
Solid technical background with understanding or handson experience in software development and web technologies
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders and vendors
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
PMP Certification CSM PSM ASM or similar certification is a plus
Soft Skills
Insurance Domain Knowledge
Willing to work in shift 12PM to 0930PM IST to overlap with EST and extend hours as needed
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and regular interactions with Onshoreoffshore
