Job Description
- JD
- Prioritizes the cases according to day zero and seriousness and ensures the cases are completed according to the timelines mentioned in client SOP
- Performs case processing activities as per client SOP/Manuals/Job Aid
- Veri es the data captured by case registration/import associate for accuracy
- Performs source document review and create cases as when required
- Provides training/mentoring to the team members when applicable
- Request and attach literature full text article for applicable cases
- Review and perform QC for applicable cases
- Supports management team in activities likes handling work ow quality management
- Shift timings 6am to 3:30pm/3:00pm to 12:30
- WFO / WFH WFO (Hybrid).
- Location Chennai
- Qualification B.pharm M.Pharm Pharm D
