Title: Project Manager Marketing

Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Support category marketing projects ensuring timelines budgets and deliverables are tracked.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining milestones tasks resources and timelines.
- Setup meetings that support campaign execution and recap followups/decisions made
- Create a master calendar ensuring priorities seasonal and product launches are tracked.
- Support brief and strategy development by securing customer insights and market trends.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and budgets of campaigns.
- Assign roles and responsibilities with crossfunctional teams to track to campaign development and execution
- Monitor and report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate teams and escalate challenges as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in marketing project management preferably within a category management retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience managing crossfunctional marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and best practices
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
