Role Description:
The role involves overseeing contact center operations ensuring customer satisfaction managing IVR systems and maintaining effective communication.
Configure and maintain contact center systems (Genesys Five9 etc.) to optimize performance and meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in configuring and managing contact center solutions (Genesys Five9 or similar).
- Need strong communication skills.
- Contact Center Operations IVR and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities
- Experience with contact center technologies and systems
- Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service
