Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Hybrid (3 days a month travel to Newark NJ)
Duration: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture to align with business goals and technical standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Lead endtoend implementation of following ServiceNow modules:
o ITSM
o ITOM
o ITBM (SPM)
o TPRM (VRM)
o IRM Professional
o SecOps
o Agile Team
Develop and execute implementation plans including timelines resources and budgets.
Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems.
Utilize ServiceNow Integration Hub and APIs for custom integrations.
Establish best practices for ServiceNow development customization and governance.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the ServiceNow environment to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations based on user feedback.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications and processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.
Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for users and technical teams.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for endusers and technical staff.
Develop Runbooks and integration plans.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in IT service management and ServiceNow architecture.
Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow at an enterprise level specifically relevant to the energy sector.
Must have strong experience with ITSM ITOM and ITBM ServiceNow modules.
Experience with VRM IRM and/or SecOps is a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting workflow design and integration techniques.
Expert understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including ODBC REST SOAP LDAP SSL etc.
Must have handson experience developing Runbooks and integration plans.
Strong technical leadership skills
Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
Familiarity with ITIL and other service management frameworks.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
Good to have relevant ServiceNow Certification.
