OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
NBO: 8 hrsOT billing:
if scheduled 3640 hrs/week OT billed after 40 hrs
if scheduled 48 hrs/week OT billed after 40 hrs
- Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL Dept. of Labor.
May be asked to float across all campuses: Bettendorf Moline Muscatine TRI. MUST be willing and able to float
- IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.
Requirement description :
- Med Surg Post Op Stepdown experience
- Clinicians MUST be comfortable caring for up to 57 patients N:P ratio information encouraged on work history
- must be willing and able to float
- Surgical experience
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume
- Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile ex. resume in the notes section of the submittal)
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
- License verification
- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
- References highly preferred (if not provided will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Illinois
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Single State IA license or compact RN license during onboarding
Weekend Requirements : Every other including holiday rotation
