Job Description
Were looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team! If youre passionate about maintaining a clean organized kitchen and supporting food preparation this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in kitchen food prep areas scullery and pantries ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
- Assist with food prep stock rotation and maintaining cleanliness of fridges freezers and storage areas.
- Support receiving storing and organizing stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications :
- Service oriented with an eye for detail
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Ability to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
