FullTime Early Years Nanny Required in Whitefield Greater Manchester
Happy Nest are seeking a kind caring and nurturing nanny to join this loving family with one little girl aged 20 months at in Whitefield Manchester . This is a permanent longterm fulltime position working four days a week.
Now if youre experienced in the art of caring for toddlers youll know theres not much time to sit around! She is on the move and is excited to explore her surroundings. With that being said she loves nothing more than settling down with her favourite story books.
Hours: 40 per week
Permanent role working four days a week.
Monday 10am8pm
Tuesday 7am5pm
Wednesday 7am5pm
Thursday 7am5pm
Alternate Saturdays or Sundays replacing the Wednesday.( hours may differ slightly )
Nanny Duties:
On a daytoday basis this nanny role will encompass the things youre well experienced in and a dab hand at. Youll be familiar with preparing meals suitable for toddlers and enjoy researching new tastes and textures for her to experiment.
And given your love for the early years and for supporting her with all her needs as she grows and develops youll love the opportunity to take her to regular classes and activities finding new adventures for her to enjoy and explore. She is a social little girl and loves a good sing song so think Moo Music and nursery rhyme time.
Mum and Dad really want this to be a nanny and family partnership they are keen for their little one to see and explore the wonder of everything around her. Planning everything to engage and stimulate her and learn with her surroundings. She enjoys physical activities too so during naptime it would be good to plan some trips to the park or a local swimming class.
This little girl does sound like a real character and we would like to find a nanny that will help support the family with daily routines for her. You will keep the nursery clean and tidy do her laundry and ironing food shopping for her and meal planning and prep ensuring the areas in which you work are kept clean and tidy.
This will be done on the Monday when she is at nursery until 3pm so there is time allocated to allow for this.
Essential requirements
Must be happy to do occasional proxy parenting and travel with the family on occasion too with notice given
Fully enhanced DBS (criminal record) check on the update service.
Full 12 hour Paediatric first aid dated within the last 3 years
Excellent Checkable references
Previous experience working with similar age children in a nanny role or long term childcare role ( at least 4 years)
Full Uk Driving Licence
A recognised childcare qualification
