Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant with over 7 years of IT experience including handson expertise in SAP Security SAP GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) and related security and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation management and maintenance of SAP GRC modules ensuring that the SAP environment adheres to compliance security and risk management standards.

As a part of the security team you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing SAP access control risk management and audit controls working closely with business stakeholders SAP administrators and other IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP GRC Implementation: Design configure and implement SAP GRC solutions (Access Control Risk Management Audit Management and Process Control) to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Security & Role Design: Manage and design SAP security roles and profiles ensuring alignment with organizational security policies segregation of duties (SoD) controls and business requirements.
Access Control Configuration: Set up and configure SAP GRC Access Control (e.g. AC 10.1 AC 12.0) including Firefighter functionality RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) and User Access Reviews.
Risk & Compliance Management: Implement and monitor risk management processes policy compliance and audit management solutions within SAP.
Segregation of Duties (SoD) Analysis: Conduct SoD analysis to identify potential violations and implement corrective actions using SAP GRC Access Control (including rule sets risk analysis and mitigation strategies).
Incident Response: Act as the subject matter expert for SAPrelated security incidents working with IT security teams to resolve security vulnerabilities and incidents in a timely manner.
Auditing & Reporting: Generate compliance reports audit trails and documentation related to user access and activities ensuring audit readiness at all times.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP security issues and ensure that security patches and updates are regularly applied to the SAP environment.
Collaboration: Work with functional teams (e.g. SAP Basis SAP ABAP and SAP Functional Modules) to ensure security controls are integrated and aligned with business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 7 years of handson experience in SAP security and GRC implementations including configuration support and project management.
SAP GRC Expertise: Strong experience in SAP GRC Access Control (AC) SAP GRC Risk Management SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Audit Management.
SAP Security: Experience in SAP user administration rolebased access control (RBAC) and managing security in SAP ERP S/4HANA and other SAP environments.
Segregation of Duties (SoD): Proven experience in performing SoD analysis resolving violations and implementing SoD rules in SAP GRC.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP authorization concepts user provisioning and role creation (PFCG).
Compliance & Audit: Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks (SOX GDPR HIPAA) and the ability to support auditrelated activities within SAP.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve security and GRCrelated issues within the SAP landscape.
Project Management: Ability to lead and manage SAP security/GRC projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP GRC Certifications (e.g. SAP GRC AC SAP GRC Risk Management).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloudbased SAP environments.
Knowledge of additional SAP security components such as SAP Identity Management (IDM) SAP Single SignOn (SSO) or SAP Cloud Platform.
