Job Description:
- Campaign Management: Design implement and manage A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to optimize user experiences and conversion rates.
- Personalization Strategy: Develop and execute personalization strategies based on user behavior preferences and segmentation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test results and user data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improving site performance and user engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers marketers and developers to ensure a cohesive approach to personalization and testing.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test setups results and learnings to inform future strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing personalization and testing methodologies.
