Job Description
Urgent Job Opening Compliance (IT) in a renowned Auto Component Mfg Co Gurgaon Delhi Border Location.
Profile Compliance (IT)

Location Gurgaon Delhi Border
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyse security alerts from various systems.
- Manage and maintain security related devices and applications that may include Firewall Core switch VPN concentrator Ethereal Wireshark etc.
- Develop and implement security policies protocols and best practices.
- Incident Management: Respond to security incidents and breaches performing root cause analysis and remediation. Develop and maintain incident response plans.
- Change Management: Collaborate with IT teams to manage changes in the IT environment ensuring that security considerations are integrated into change processes.
- Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT): Conduct VAPT to identify and address security weaknesses in applications and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure system design and architecture.
- Stay up to date with the latest cyber security trends threats and technologies.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees regarding cyber security best practices.
- Prepare reports for management on security incidents and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols cryptography and risk management frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001).
- Experience with security tools (e.g. firewalls intrusion detection systems SIEM).
- Proficiency in network security application security and cloud security.
- Experience in incident management change management and VAPT methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
