Position: Radiologist
Location: New Brunswick Canada
Job Type: Fulltime
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures including Xrays MRIs CT scans and ultrasounds.
- Provide accurate interpretations of imaging results and contribute to precise diagnoses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to design effective treatment plans.
- Perform physical assessments when necessary to support diagnostic processes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient cases and imaging evaluations.
- Address urgent care needs by offering timely and effective radiological assessments.
- Contribute to public health awareness and patient education initiatives.
- Stay informed on cuttingedge radiological techniques and tools including Epic electronic health record systems.
- Provide consultations in specialized areas such as addiction medicine pediatric cardiology pain management and others.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from a recognized institution.
- Preference for candidates with board certification in Radiology.
- Advanced knowledge of diagnostic imaging and interpretation techniques.
- Understanding of medical coding standards for radiology.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate diagnoses.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in urgent care environments.
- Dedication to lifelong learning and compliance with Canadian healthcare regulations.
