- 10 years of overall experience. 7 years of relevant experience.
- 10 years Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a scrum team with about 67 engineers.
- Work with Product Owner Architects and Tech Leads to build and agree on acceptance criteria and ensure highquality delivery of our projects/services.
- Collaborate with other Quality Engineers and Quality Champions across the organization to lead effectiveness and consistency.
- You will Develop test strategy apply right test methodologies and perform hands on validation for delivery of projects with high quality.
- Observe and identify gaps and risks throughout development cycle from quality perspective use analytics to quantify the gaps/risks and come up with solutions to address the gaps/risks.
- Thoroughly understand the value we are delivering to our customers with our projects and develop test plans based on the targeted workflows by collaborating with Experience Design and Product Management teams.
- You will Communicate with team members and teams about test strategies test planning status and risks.
- Communicate with 2nd party (internal) 3rd party (external) teams that are building on MFGDM to understand issues related to quality and improve on test planning.
- Understand and enhance the existing automation framework and tools.
- Demonstrate the sense of engineering excellence and lead or contribute to initiatives that ensure release of projects/features with speed and highquality.
- For example remove the gap in automation framework develop tools to monitor health of services use data analysis in risk/gap assessment optimize operating processes.
- Create best practices for quality within the team and promote best practices outside the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 710 years of Automation Development/Testing experience in commercialized products or enterpriselevel systems (preferably in Cloud Services).
- Solid skills in programming/scripting languages like JavaScript Java Python etc.
- Solid familiarity with QA methodologies.
- Experience with Jira Jenkins and Git.
- Great problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud services and Testing.
- Solid experience in Web automation tools/testing framework.
- Familiarity with AWS services Or Data Analytics.
- C is a good to have skill.
