Job Description
Need 4 CMDB analysists/SMEs at Offshore to provide US business hours support. We can rotate the team members between 2nd and 3rd shift. If there are any other alternate support model to cover the US business hours we can suggest to the client.
The CMDB analysts should have knowledge of Infrastructure
Should be working on tickets related to CMDB issues process issues and data issues in collaboration with the teamsEmployment Type
