Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others My client an awardwinning care provider is redefining the world of care focusing on enriching the lives of both those being cared for and staff. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant / Support Worker to join their vibrant team supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.
The Role
As a Carer youll work a Saturday shift focusing on personcentred care. With visits to just one or two service users per shift youll have the chance to form meaningful connections and create happy valuable life experiences. My client prides themselves on a personcentric approach pairing carers with those being supported based on shared interests hobbies and personalities.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who:
- Has a fun and positive outlook on life.
- Brings compassion and empathy to their work.
- Has prior care experience (preferred but not essential).
- Lives close to Crawley West Sussex.
- Holds a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (some local travel may be required).
