Are you looking for a new challenge Something with good earning potential; ideally we are looking for someone who has experience with Industrial or plant hire. The product is temporary traffic lights and you will be a selfstarter and ready for action. The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Multitasking: Oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities ensuring all operations are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Health and Safety: Enforce and maintain health and safety standards across all depot activities.
- Operational Oversight: Manage inventory equipment and resources to ensure efficient depot functioning.
- OnCall Rota: Participate in an oncall rota to provide support outside of regular working hours.
- Physical Demands: Handle physical tasks and responsibilities including manual labour and equipment management.

Essential Experience:
- The ability to supervise a team and ensure that team environment is good
- A person who takes safety as seriously as we do
- A person who will ensure that the depot is always presentable for customer visits
- A strong communicator
- A person who is agile and professional
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible proactive individual who can deliver at pace in a fastchanging environment
- A problem solver who is highly organised working to time constraints
- Be comfortable using a tablet to complete daily work
- The ability to prioritise their own and the activities of others
- Full driving license No more than 6 points
Training:
There a good induction and the training team will support you to get you started but also where required we may require you to attend additional supervisor training courses to aid your development in this role.
You must have the right to work in the UK and have no more than 6 points (preferably clean / no bans in the past)
