Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Depot Manager to join our growing client in the Northallerton area.
To oversee and optimise daytoday operations. The Assistant Depot Manager will help lead the operations team ensuring efficiency excellent customer service and adherence to health and safety standards. This is a handson role which encompasses all facets of the job ensuring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee logistics and scheduling.
- Lead and develop a team.
- Ensure all units are properly maintained serviced and meet quality standards.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Handle client queries and resolve operational issues effectively on site.
- Work closely with senior management to meet business growth targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in depot management ideally within the fuel / oil sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
