Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lancashire to assist with the appointment of a Service Designer on a 2month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 396.33 499.00 per Day
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be expected to lead on the creation of a Service Design Pack for our existing Oracle Fusion instance working closely with other team members and SMEs within the business.
- The team is responsible for maintaining Oracle Fusion and experience in working with that solution would be preferable along with demonstrating confidence and prowess in other relevant areas.
- Create the Service Design Pack for the Oracle Fusion System at Lancashire County Council.
- Work closely with business colleagues to capture responsibilities and SLAs.
- Identify gaps in documentation.
Requirements:
You will have a solid understanding for service design including
- Requirements gathering
- Documentation
- Change management
- Test management
- Risk and defect management
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires a basic DBS
