- JD The Process coach carries out regular monitoring/coaching of the agents on the floor. In addition this position creates a need for effective relationship partnering with Operations. This position also promotes a teamoriented environment through people development strong leadership remedial trainings continuous improvement and crossfunctional support.
Primary responsibility is to conduct new hire training floor support roll out monthly PKT error analysis refresher trainings reporting associated with all these activities and develop employees skills.
Secondary responsibility is deliver on the job training training bottom performers on the operations floor as per TNA documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.
- Shift timings rotational (mainly UK/Australia)
- WFO / WFH WFO
- Qualification B.com/ Postgraduate in finance/MBA finance with an experience of 2 to 3 years in working with finance and accounting clients. Need to have indepth domain knowledge on PTP/OTC/RTR. All 3 will be good however PTP and OTC is must. Needs to have thorough understanding of TNA/TNI error analysis in F&A. Have very good communication skills and training delivery skills. Additionally also possess the following skills
