Were searching for a skilled Sous Chef to join a vibrant highenergy kitchen in London known for its creative ingredientled approach. If youre experienced in highvolume kitchens passionate about fresh food and ready to lead a team in a dynamic environment this role could be the perfect fit.

They are Looking For:
- A genuine passion for fresh ingredients and innovative cooking
- Experience in a highvolume kitchen setting is essential (300 covers plus per day minimum)
- A strong team player with leadership skills and energy to inspire others
- Dedication to quality and a love for crafting exceptional dishes
- An ability to foster a closeknit supportive kitchen team environment
- Experience with European cuisine is a big plus
