Position: Full Stack Java Developer (Hybrid)
Location: Morristown NJ
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with a solid background in React for a longterm contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java development with skills in Spring Boot microservices architecture SQL and AWS. While React is the preferred frontend framework candidates with extensive experience in Angular may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain endtoend applications using Java React Spring Boot and a microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver robust highquality software solutions across the enterprise.
- Develop and optimize backend services APIs and databases for performance and scalability.
- Write and maintain SQL queries and database schemas for effective data management.
- Utilize AWS services for hosting storage and deployment to ensure seamless application operations.
- Participate in code reviews testing and documentation processes to maintain best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work onsite in Morristown NJ from day one.
- 8 years of professional Java development experience.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- 5 years of React experience building comprehensive frontend applications.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write complex queries.
- Handson experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS and Lambda.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g. Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
