Location: Edenbridge Kent (Hybrid working available after a successful 6month probation period)
Salary: per annum depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Work Model: Hybrid Working Model (3 days from home after successful probation)

What Youll Be Doing:
As an IT Helpdesk Analyst youll be providing firstline technical support to our clients customers via phone and remote assistance. Youll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues log and manage tickets in the CRM system and help maintain and improve customer relationships. Over time you may even have the opportunity to attend client sites for installations and onsite support making this a great role for those looking to expand their skills and grow within the IT industry.
