Job Description:
RentReporters.com is seeking a Remote Customer Service Supervisor to manage a team of remote customer service representatives (CSRs). This role involves overseeing daytoday operations ensuring performance goals are met and providing coaching and development for the team. The Supervisor will handle customer escalations and support the continuous improvement of call center processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of remote CSRs providing performance feedback and guidance.
- Monitor and evaluate CSR performance through call monitoring reports and oneonone coaching.
- Implement team schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Ensure service levels KPIs and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Conduct quality checks and performance evaluations providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Handle complex customer service issues and escalations effectively.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify patterns and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with management to refine workflows policies and procedures.
- Stay current with industry best practices and integrate new technologies.
- Prepare and maintain reports on team performance customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and team activities.
- Foster a positive motivated team culture aligned with company values.
Experience:
- Minimum 35 years in a customer service/call center environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in call center software CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote team management tools is a plus.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
