Job Description

Job Title: Energy Consultant Join a Leading Team in Manchester!
Location: Manchester
Working Hours: Fulltime 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to 35000 basic with OTE 65000

Our client a renowned leader in the energy industry is searching for motivated and dedicated individuals to join their Direct Sales team as Energy Consultants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound B2B sales calls to prospect new business and engage potential clients
  • Identify key decisionmakers to assess and understand their energy needs
  • Present tailored industryleading energy solutions that save clients time and money
  • Secure client interest obtain relevant documentation and consult on closing energy contracts
  • Build longterm trusted relationships with clients to support future business opportunities
  • Consistently achieve individual KPIs for call volume call time and revenue targets
  • Accurately update and manage customer details in the CRM system
  • Comply with all company policies and uphold high standards in every client interaction

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Resilient persuasive and professional telephone manner
  • Detailoriented with a focus on following processes and maintaining accurate records
  • Selfmotivated driven and committed to achieving individual targets
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is essential
