Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Glasgow Scotland
Salary: 27000 Base Bonus

Role Overview:
A Glasgowbased company is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its sales team. The SDR will focus on generating and qualifying leads setting up appointments and supporting the early stages of the sales process. This role suits someone eager to start a sales career with clear and quick advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling emails and social media outreach.
  • Prospect Engagement: Understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of the companys solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for Business Sales Consultants ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM system updated recording all interactions and followups with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets with the potential for rapid promotion based on results.
