Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Glasgow team as Retail Customer Sales Advisors.
As a Retail Customer Sales Advisor you will be the face of our brand providing outstanding service to every customer. You will engage with customers assist them in finding the products they need and contribute to a vibrant and welcoming store atmosphere. Your passion for sales and customer satisfaction will help drive our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in product selection and answer questions about our products and services.
- Stay informed about product knowledge promotions and store policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and achieve performance targets.
