Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincolnshire to assist with the appointment of a Principal Auditor on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 22.17 27.93 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- The work will include acting as Principal Auditor overseeing (but supporting where necessary) the delivery of the audits in Q4 to conclude the annual audit plan.
- Work will also include overseeing / completing follow up audits / activity in Q4 to ensure audits delivery that resulted in recommendations and actions are followed up.
Qualifications:
- The Principal Auditor should be qualified a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and be able to support delivery for the Audit Manager in a small team.
- Financial background would be advantageous as the remaining audits are financial in nature.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
