Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rotherham to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Representative on a 3month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 12.38 15.48 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Deal with customer enquiries e.g. at reception over the telephone
- Receipt and distribute incoming post process correspondence and send mail out
- Gather information to report back to others
- Set up and produce nonstandard letters/templates/spreadsheets/documentation update and maintain databases and produce management information
- Provide help and assistance to staff in the use of IT packages/systems
Qualifications:
- NQF Level 2 qualification e.g. GCSEs Grades 49 NVQs Level 2 GNVQs Intermediate City and Guilds Craft or Part 2
Or
Evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an basic DBS
