• Supplier selection

• Conduct / Coordinate Supplier initial assessment audit and action plan closures.

• Responsible for New part commercials and existing parts price settlements. (Increase and Decrease)

• Ensure on time RFQs communication and quote finalisation.

• Establish / prepare costing sheets Part vs Supplier vs Commodity

• Ensure RMC cost reduction as per targets.

• Analysis and implement supplier consolidation and number of suppliers reduction

• Intervene to resolve frequent supplier delivery performance defaulters

• Ensure Inbound / Outbound freight cost reduction.

• Implement SLA with strategic suppliers

• Conduct Quarterly business reviews with top 5 best and default suppliers as per supplier scorecard.

• Ensure SAP/ERP is followed as per procedures / process.

• MOM to be conducted and recorded whenever supplier visits IPEC or Buyer visits supplier place.

• Ensure to monitor KPIs and to be shared / presented on monthly basis.

• Responsible for leading the solution for supplier component concerns driving Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) customer interaction supplier interaction Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) support supplier component development and approval and supplier cost improvements

• ECN implementation at suppliers

• Drive improvements utilizing Lean methodologies supplier scorecards and own supplier audit ensuring supplier compliance whilst driving systematic problem solving and process improvement plans to deliver value

• work closely with sourcing leaders to manage implement and track supplier/engineering design changes capacity studies and New Product Introductions and transfers

• Drive supplier selection through robust qualification processes

• Provide technical expertise to sourcing and development of suppliers with respect to technology performance quality cost logistics and delivery

• Ensure to monitor KPIs and to be shared / presented on a monthly basis.

• Knowledge on documentation of IATF audit

• Basic on Import procedures and formalities.

• Minimum 810 years of Supply Chain Management experience within Automotive OEMs/Electrical/Electronics/EV industry

• Knowledge of electric vehicle charging products and services

• Collaboration and persuasive communication skills

• Bachelors degree in B.E EEE or ECE or equivalent
