About the Job
Role: Java Backend Developer
Nature of engagement: Full Time
Location: St. Louis MO (Onsite)
Primary Skills: Core Java Algorithms Data Structure Micro Services Rest API Database
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Strong hands on experience in Java(J2ee)
- Strong in webservices(microservices) Rest APIs Oracle DB knowledge Cloud native(preferably AWS or Azure)
- Ability to drive end to end development performance code reviews build test strategy coordinate with crossfunctional teams and support operational issues
- Expert in modern software design principles such as SOLID DRY and Single responsibility
- Experience in technology stack (PCF NiFi NATS Kafka Zookeeper Splunk Redis Cassandra Oracle and simplify the usage of these new tools by creating common libraries interfaces to use the new toolstack efficiently
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
- 8 years of experience in Java development is required
