Looking for a New Challenge in the World of CNC Manufacturing
About the Role
As a Press Operator youll be responsible for setting up and operating advanced CNC press machines to produce highquality components for a variety of industries. Youll be working with stateoftheart equipment ensuring precision and efficiency in every project you handle. This is a handson technical role that requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Our client is a forwardthinking CNC company that specialises in precision laser cutting and Press brake machining. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional results with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Working Hours
This role will be based on 2 weekly shift patterns as below:
Day Shift: 06:0014:00
Back Shift: 14:0012:00
Pay Scale depending on experience:
Day Shift: 12.50 13.00
Overtime: Time and a half of your shift rate
Shift Rate: 15.00 15.60
Shift Overtime overtime is available and is paid at time and a half and during busy periods you may be asked to work overtime which could include extended shifts or shift changes.
Key Duties
Set up and operate CNC Bystronic press machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Ensure all components meet quality standards and tolerances.
Monitor machine performance perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean organised and safe work environment at all times.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Press Operator ideally in a CNC or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Good communication skills and a teamoriented attitude.
