As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer you will be providing essential technical support to a wide range of clients. Youll handle more complex issues ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions. This role offers plenty of variety from troubleshooting technical problems to configuring and maintaining systems giving you the chance to apply your skills in different scenarios. Its a key position that will allow you to develop professionally within a dynamic IT team.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Respond to and resolve 2nd line support issues escalating when necessary.
Install configure and maintain hardware and software for clients.
Manage backups updates and patch management.
Troubleshoot network and server issues.
Provide remote and onsite support as needed.
Document all work performed ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
Potential of taking 1st line calls
Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.
Experience with networking technologies
Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
Full Time
