Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Social Worker on a 2month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 17.50 22.80 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Working in accordance with the Nottinghamshire practice framework to plan and lead inclusive assessments of strengths and resilience as well as vulnerabilities developmental needs and risks
- Compliance with legislation and departmental policies/procedures
- Maintaining timely accurate and clear written records writing reports and other documents as needed and maintaining the childs record within the Departments electronic recording system.
- Work effectively with children their families and colleagues from a range of different agencies to plan coordinate and review outcome focused plans.
- To model a strengthsbased approach to practice
Qualifications:
- Any qualifications accepted by Social Work England as a qualification in Social Work
- Must be registered with Social Work England
- Full driving licence (unless disability precludes driving)
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an enhanced DBS
