Job Description
Are you a detailoriented handson individual with a passion for creating quality products Were looking for a Machine Operator to join a small dynamic team close to Hailsham.
About the Role:
In this role youll be at the heart of the production process contributing to a variety of tasks such as:
- Operating heat press machines.
- Running printers and ensuring designs are printed to perfection.
- Using embroidery machines to bring designs to life.
As a closeknit team they all pitch in to ensure smooth operations so youll also assist with other tasks as needed. Flexibility and a willingness to collaborate are key.
What Were Looking For:
- Attention to detail: Pride in producing topquality work is essential.
- Efficiencydriven mindset: Always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Transport: Because of remote location the role requires reliable personal transportation.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided for the successful applicant!
