Job Description
Our Client a large communications company based in London is looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join their team. Successful candidate will have excellent customer service demeanor and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the branch by greeting them and offering them assistance
- Establish customer requirements by asking them questions and assessing their needs
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and cross sell products and services
- Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered
- Maintain a presentable retail work environment and professional space ensuring that stock is kept locked away where appropriate
- Be polite and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
Key Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a sales associate
- Interest in technology and telecommunications
- Be proficient in English spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving ability
- Take initiative be able to prioritise and be a good team player
- Hold all workrelated information and materials confidential
- Excellent IT skills specifically Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word
Jobtype: Full time Permanent
Salary:plus a generous commission and bonus package
