Job Description

Position: HR Executive
Location: Salcon Rasvilas Saket
Designation: HR Executive
Reports to: HR Manager (Nisha Manchanda)
On Rolls of: Randstad
Experience: minimum 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition
Education background: MBA or any HR diploma course
Key Responsibilities:
  • FullCycle Recruitment:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
    • Post job openings on various job boards company website and social media platforms.
    • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards LinkedIn networking and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
    • Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Onboarding Support:

    • Assist with the onboarding process ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed for new hires and filed in employee files.
    • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Recruitment Data & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in tracker
    • Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to HR and hiring managers.
Required Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resources Business or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools for onboarding.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for recruiting top talent.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation: 20000 per month 25000 per month
