Experience: minimum 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition
Education background: MBA or any HR diploma course
Key Responsibilities: Required Qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards etc.).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for onboarding.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Compensation: 20000 per month 25000 per month
