Objective of the Position:
The Performance Media Buying Team Leader is responsible for leading and guiding the media buying team focusing on driving ecommerce sales through optimal media purchase strategies across various digital platforms.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and manage a team of media buyers to ensure they achieve KPIs.
Organize training sessions to improve teams knowledge on the latest media buying strategies tools and trends.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Develop and execute performancedriven media buying strategies across platforms such as Facebook Google Ads Instagram Pinterest TikTok and other relevant channels.
Optimize the media mix for ecommerce campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Identify new media buying opportunities and emerging platforms for expansion.
