Job Description

Job Role: Conference Producer Associate

  • The role of a Conference Producer includes researching creating and executing profitable businesstobusiness conferences with the research and development of new and/or existing events.
  • Carry out telephone research with senior executives to obtain detailed insight as to what the subindustry needs to learn
  • Write a highly detailed commercial technical or strategic agenda capturing exactly what the subindustry wants to learn
  • Pitch invite and confirm executive level speakers from the leading companies within the sub industry
  • Onsite management of the event on the day including speaker and operations management

MUST HAVE for Production

  • Masters degree or equivalent
  • Excellent command of English and effective communication at all levels by phone and face to face; strong listening skills
  • Confident in coldcalling generating leads and developing business primarily via telephone
  • Commercially aware and able to hold engaging conversations with senior executives
  • KPI driven with a track record of meeting targets to strict deadlines
  • Selfdriven motivated and highly career ambitious with a desire to succeed
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Entrepreneurial flair with a strong work ethos
  • Prepared to work longer than normal office hours and travel PAN India
